Other cold-storage model details
- 12FT Refrigerated TrailerBXRT12–1 and BXRT12–2 list 220V · single-phase · 40–60A and a 32°F inventory label. Both are named as 12ft models, but their records also mention 20ft, so your quote confirms the length.

- 40FT Refrigerated ContainerYour quote confirms this container’s power, temperature and storage space for your project.
Equipment records reviewed October 19, 2026. Temperature labels are inventory labels, not verified operating ranges. Nominal length is a model label, not a measure of usable space or site footprint.
Keep each supplier revision recognizable in the combined stock
The receiving administrator needs the purchase reference and product owner to remain attached to each incoming load. An amended order may replace an earlier list rather than add another quantity. Keep that distinction visible before calculating the busiest overlap. Goods that have different arrival conditions or retrieval instructions should not lose those requirements when the supplier lists are combined.
Compare named holding labels without merging product requirements
BXRT20–1 and LT2 in the 20FT Refrigerated Trailer guide carry 32°F and −5°F inventory labels respectively. Both list a condensing unit, amps panel and lighting. They are separate examples, not the endpoints of a verified operating range or evidence that one proposed trailer can meet all supplier instructions.
A refrigerated container offers nominal 20ft and 40ft alternatives whose usable capacity, temperature capabilities and electrical requirements remain unconfirmed. Compare the offered refrigeration trailer or container with the reconciled load, actual packages and retrieval pattern. The responsible product contacts still determine which requirements can be considered together and which need separate review.

Coordinate a rental for government food-service facilities
A government dining team preparing an inquiry for Brownsville and another for a North Dakota facility can identify provisional dates before the purchase representative reviews equipment and transport. Explain the goods displaced and the proposed handover, with a responsible agency contact available to clarify the scope before a decision.
Build a practical load description
Prepare a short stock description that another person can understand without visiting the existing store. Include the main product groups, the largest package, the anticipated maximum load and the frequency of replenishment. Where stock must stay identifiable by order, batch or department, explain that requirement. A photograph or simple plan may help the discussion, but it should accompany measurements and a written brief. Ask what further information is needed to compare a refrigerated container or trailer with the work ahead. Use the written brief to compare the proposed unit with your packaging, stock movement and staff access needs.
Decide who checks conditions during use
Before the temporary store is put into use, identify who checks its conditions and who responds if something appears wrong. Explain any readings or records your operation needs, the expected working hours, and how staff communicate between shifts. Ask which controls or monitoring features belong to the particular equipment under discussion and which require a separate arrangement. Include any accessories or alert features you want to discuss in your request. A written handover can connect the equipment information with your existing product-handling procedures, making it clear who is responsible for observation, reporting and decisions about the goods throughout the rental period.

Check the route into the site
Describe the proposed arrival point and the route from it to the storage position. Include gates, turns, overhead restrictions, existing vehicles and any times when access is shared with other work. Measurements and clear photographs can support the conversation, but the final access requirements depend on the equipment and delivery arrangement being considered. Ask who reviews the route and what additional information is needed. Explain any building-management or contractor coordination that affects access. Review the proposed route with the site and equipment contacts, and identify who will supply updates if the working area changes before delivery.
Compare electrical requirements with the current site phase
BXRT20–1 and LT2 each list 220V single-phase at 40–60A; K2 lists 220V single-phase at 200A; DTC3 lists 220V three-phase at 200A. Matching voltage does not settle phase, exact connector or supply suitability. The responsible site professional needs selected-unit information, including any route restrictions or changed services that affect a later phase of the stock operation.
Make the return to permanent storage explicit
A rental inquiry should explain what must happen before temporary refrigeration is no longer needed. The permanent store may require a separate handover, equipment review or stock-transfer decision by your own team. Identify who makes that decision and how it will be communicated to the rental contact. Ask about collection notice and any term that applies if the program changes. Keep incoming orders and stock movement in the same schedule so the final working day fits the operation’s return to permanent storage. Confirm the final rental and collection arrangements when the operation can give a reliable update on its requirements.
Separate cooking and returned ware from supplier identification
K2 in the 28FT Mobile Kitchen Trailer Rental guide lists a single-stack convection oven, griddle/oven, six-burner range/oven, deep fryers and reach-in refrigerator/freezer. If cooking also moves, compare those appliances with the working menu and ingredients issued from the reconciled supplier loads.
DTC3 in the 30FT Conveyor Dishwashing Trailer guide lists a high-temperature conveyor dishwasher, soil tray, prep table, racks, sinks and water heater. Returned items need their own washing and clean-item routes beside ingredient handling. Keep the selected units’ instructions and concern contacts available across shifts, including who approves a changed product requirement and the final transfer back to permanent holding.
Keep the reconciled supplier load with the quoted scope
Request current availability and a quote covering the offered equipment, rental period, delivery, collection and additional items. Keep unanswered product and site questions visible alongside it. A supplier amendment that changes the holding load or period needs review against that scope, rather than an assumption that a replacement list describes an additional booking.

Reconcile supplier references before combining the load
For several supplier loads, the receiving administrator can retain the purchase reference and product owner attached to each arrival. Ask which descriptions are directly comparable and which refer to different package forms or internal allocations. Combining the lists is useful only if staff can still recognize what each entry represents and which handling questions belong to the responsible product contact.
Use one amended order to check the handover. Keep the original reference visible, note the supplier's acknowledged change and identify the entries replaced by the revision. The stock team should not have to guess whether the new list adds another load or substitutes for the old one. Send the reconciled requirement for refrigeration review if the amendment changes the expected overlap, retrieval pattern or period of holding.
